This beautiful style of hat feathers consists of some brilliant blue Quaker Parrot tail feathers.
 
The first pair is made up of 2 Magpie tail feathers and a blue Quaker Parrot feather.
The second pair is made up from 2 White Dove wing feathers and a blue Quaker Parrot tail feather.
